I booked late at about 10.30pm after a flat tyre in the mountains and the receptionist was fast to confirm I could have parking and an 11.30pm arrival which their attentive and positive attitude to my questions was my sole reason for booking. I appreciated the persons help and am grateful the property has great parking and was comfortable enough and economical which suited my needs.

Looking at the reviews this hotel seems to get some negative reviews but we found that for the price it was very nice. We were only passing through so only stayed one night but everything was fine. It isn't a luxury 5-star but it was clean and had a nice breakfast. It is up on the heights of Nice with good views.

They have everything! The air condition didn't work, but they called me and explained the situation prior to my arrival. They offered me a free cancelation. We liked vending coffee machine and drinks. They have elevator to higher floors and the view is wonderful. You can see whole Nizza from this hotel.

Quite good welcoming receptionist. We need to wait a bit to check in because the room wasn't ready yet and he offered us a good coffee. The hotel is in a very quiet position and it's cheap being not too far from Nice/Cagnes SM/Saint Lauren du Var. Rooms have also a little kitchen. This is great!

My friends and I have appreciated the hotel location on the hills above Cannes-sur-Mer and Antibes—which can be easily reached in roughly 20 minutes’ drive—and the good breakfast. The staff have been helpful, and the room is clean and also equipped with airco.
